Well, I'm not so sure it IS the best of all, but I picked this up at a market this morning. A curiosity. Box is terrific, and the razor was inside, most surprisingly. There is not stamp on the razor, so I can only assume it is the right one. It is light and tinny, but shiny and intact. Nice detailing, though. Instructions on the inside. I am guessing...1940s?? "German Make"
