“Keikō” Brand Japanese OC Safety Razor, 1960(?)

Here is a cute little safety razor Made in Japan, c.1960? Anyone seen one? 

“Keikō” translates as “fluorescence”, and was also the name of an Emperor. 

I love the little rooster at sunrise emblem. “Keikō” must therefore have double connotation, I am thinking: Sun King!
