I recently purchased my first Timeless head. I went with the scalloped head and .95 base plate, polished finish. The fit and finish is top notch with no tooling marks, very very clean.
In anticipation of my new unit arriving, I didn't shave for four days. I whipped up some lather, Local Gent California Barber, and loaded a Gillette SharpEdge Yellow. Something that I noticed, straight away, is how the blade is held in the head with a more pronounced bend/ curve than my Above The Tie heads. The blade angle reminds my of the Rockwell 6S and it shaved very similar to the Rockwell with the 6 plate.
First pass, WTG, felt much milder than I expected. Shave angle was pretty intuitive but also had a smaller sweet spot than my ATT H1 or H2. Second pass, XTG, again very smooth with less audible feedback than ATT.
Third pass, ATG, was freaking amazing!!! Much smoother but again the angle was a little finicky. A few touch ups and I had a BBS level shave, without much effort.
I will say that the ATT H1 has more feedback and when going ATG, on the back of my head (head shaver) It's easier to feel the blade angle.
At this point, I'd say the Timeless is the winner on my cheeks and ATT on the dome. I wanted you to see the blade exposure and angle of the bade, in the heads. Both are damn fine Razors.

er on my face and the ATT is better on the head. Both will have a place in my rotation.
